Is There a Sense of Criticism in This Book?

There's a lot of just a, white people kind of being amazed that non white people exis in this book. There has only ever been one woman hired by the firm. Some of the men at the firm are very quick to tell you that that was a bad idea. It seems to come with an air of critique, an air of like, yea, this is their world, and it con thats, it sucks that this is the way they perceive it and cultivate it. In retrospect, the part, in the early parts of this book run like, what is happening are really setting up a the whackiness that is behind the the heart of this book.
