Canadian Provinces Reject National Healthcare Digital ID

Alberta becomes second Canadian province to reject National Healthcare Digital ID. In Canada, per the Constitution, healthcare falls 100% under the authority of the provincial governments. There has been some talk that future of federal funding could be tied to a sort of National Healthcare digital ID.
