How Do You Build Leader Follower Relationships?
Leadership is a continuous process, so try to continuously increase your self awareness. Don't be discouraged by people that tell you, i don't think that's a good idea or been here in company for ten years. And then lase would say, do your home work. Get information about who is that you're leading and what are the kind of characteristic that they would use to describe their past leader follow relationship? So encourage active followership.
