I think it can be a lifelong sport. I mean, Elio Gracie, the founder of Gracie jigitsu, he was doing jigitsu and rolling until he was in his 80s, 90s,. still doing it. It's definitely, you know, depends on the person. And if you don't say to yourself, Hey, I'm going to get that movement back...you're going to lose it.
