How to Facilitate More Interactions Between IT and Compliance and Security

If you want people to have a better relationship or more natural relationship with the with IT and compliance and security departments, then you just need to facilitate more interactions between them. And maybe also, how can we hire compliance and security officers that do not have the same profession, the same educational background, the same way of talking as as we traditionally have, you know, technical, traditionally heavy STEM educations? "Homogeneity is dangerous in this department because they make rules and they mitigate risks that pose a wide, wide variety of different people," he says.
