The SEC is basically saying, look, everybody knows that in the world, there are Swiffers and there are securities. And I think it's so interesting what Gary Gensler did here in the SEC by saying consistently, right? Consistently, they were like, this is what a security is. Your job, creators of securities, is to follow the law. Right. Everybody walk right into the trap. Whether it's on you, ripple, whether you're FTX, whoever. The SEC is going after them too.
