I think just a very, you know, the emotion of fear is definitely linked to something unexpected. And I feel like what I've seen is sometime when you're exposing some kind of scenarios that drives really bad consequences for an organization and then they're able to speak about it in the eyes. So, I see this whole kind of flood process, where you can bring different people around the table and then they get too kind of sure they're perspective on this and so on.
