The Nine to Zero Decision in Groff v. USPS

Supreme Court ruled 9-0 in favor of USPS employee who wanted religious accommodation. The court refused to rule that burdens on third parties, like coworkers, could never alone amount to undue hardship. Justice Sotomayor wrote separately just to observe the fact that the opinion did not say that burdens on coworkers could not be considered.
