The nuclear industry wants to make small modular reactors available at any Walmart or Family Dollar Store where you can just go get them thrown on the truck and move them around. The U.S. has signed contracts with Poland, in fact, I shouldn't say the U.S., it's really the companies like Holtec International, which signed a 20 SM&R reactor contract with the Wall Country's Ukraine.
