Venus is Earth-like in terms of its gravity, size, mass and density. It's got a much denser atmosphere and 90 times denser than Mars. And that's also a much hotter surface, about 400 Celsius all the time. So Venus is going to be the best analog elsewhere in our solar system for finding volcanic processes.
