Sally Kohn: Do the claims of Blacks to be free from historical oppression stand on really any different ground than the claim of gay or lesbian or transgender person to be treated without discrimination or disrespect? She asks, what's wrong with appropriating African American history to that end? Kohn: If all of these LGBTQ issues that you're fighting against are human rights and they're equal to that of any other human, then you don't need to hijack.
