It sounds like the patient is accumulating deficits that the arm's been going on for six days, and then a few days later, there's this confusion. So what would cause this patient to accumulate deficits? Well, Yasmin mentioned some type of mass, that's rapidly expanding. Tumors don't typically expand this rapidly over the course of days. And so maybe that could explain focal lesion followed by a more generalized state of confusion,. But still it's all happening very quickly for a tumor to do that. I think we're left with some type of multifocal brain process or a very large left front lesion, and the exam is going to help us tease that apart.
