Businesses are fed up with high taxes in california They can go to states where they can operate their businesses cheaper. I think we've seen a migration both of homeowners people living there and businesses who are looking for a better tax breaks Who are looking for cheaper real estate? People have reevaluated their Lives during the pandemic and some of that is people just saying I can actually be happy somewhere else too well, it's easier after the pandemic as well.
