The Importance of Exercise in Endurance

Even back in the 1980s or whatever people were aware that athletes especially endurance I think so I guess we're getting more infections and upper airway track. And is there good evidence for that like you know how much how much they get per year, compared to someone who doesn't exercise for example. Well, certainly in those days it seemed to be a significant problem for those who were doing long hours of training and competing and endurance types events. If you cycle for, or run on a treadmill for probably more than about 90 minutes, you start the sort of a depression lowering of a variety of immune cell function,. both related to innate immunity.
