How to Create a Human Centric Management Approach

In my mind, success will have some discrete factors to it. And if there is not room for growth or an intentional growth plan, then a manager is doing you a disservice. It's as much being a therapist and father, confessor and a kind uncle as it is being a boss. Doesn't it feel like businesses squishier than we were told? Like I guess as a programmer, I just assume that it would all compile.
