Moving to the Carolinas, I'm Going to Say, 'It's a Great Segue Inventory'

Condo owners are going to feel the pain of their space before those in a single family. And so understanding inventory here, I think I shared earlier in mass is down 34% from last year. If you look up data on Florida, for example, right now, certainly Texas or even parts of the Carolinas,. there is an inventory increase in some pockets of those markets right now where you said inventory is down.
