Joel Greenfield: After the financial crisis, interest rates were rock bottom. He says banks didn't exactly react quickly to it by raising their own deposit rates. This time, he says, a rise from the Federal Reserve has been so rapid that they've reacted quickly. Greenstein: It's a very dramatic and sort of newly competitive environment for banks.
