I thought once we did that, the individual parts of the organization started to drive themselves because they knew, oh, now I'm directly tied to the thing. Just giving them the time and attention to help them get there is as opposed to leaving them out. It's pretty powerful. And you didn't increase your control at all. You didn't increaseyour ability to drive at all. Right? Yeah.
