Why Do Soviet Countries Grow Slower Than Capitalist Countries?
In a soviet economy, even if you leave out the starlands of the world, you've got a system which grows more slowly than a capitalist oned. And what you get out of that is stultified economy. So this was the opposite of what the soviets expected. They thought that he'd be building the means of production and growing more rapidly than the west. But that was their mentality. Next time we'll look at why some russian economists have called for an end to socialism.
