What Is a Conflict Engagement System?
I don't think of exclusion as a punitive measure at all, but it ends up being. That best is about recognizing the limits of a group to include something without cost to the whole that is beyond capacity. And there's no formula for this. Every group, every community, every organization needs to grapple with it rather than imagine or pretend that because we are nice people and we have shared values and we have such a cool purpose, we don't have to look at it.
