Design Was Not Indra Nui Little Toy or Project Design
In her own style she empowered me to do what I was supposed to do but she also empowered the rest of her teams to push back and and play a role and challenge what I was doing. She always balanced the two dimensions very carefully and this was great because that built an organization that is still too very solid. When she left the company in 2008 design was not Indra Nui little toy or project design, it was owned by the entire company. Ramon Laguar Patuk the helm of the company in 2018 he doubled down in design and essentially you know since Ramon took the position we doubled the number of designers around the world and we doubled down on sustainability and innovation.
