How to Write a Report in a Right to Left Language
Mattan is a native Hebrew speaker and some other right to left languages he mentions are Arabic and Persian. He says that it was motivated by a stack overflow question from 2018 which was interesting. And like you said he provides a great example using GG plot access title below a bar chart where he tries to originally use a combination of Hebrew and the digits 2023 representing the year. It's nice to have an open source package wrapped around that helper function to make everybody's lives a little easier no matter how small the lift is.
