How Does the Universe Become Manifest?

When every last karma has been exhaust ed, there is no need for the universe to continue existing. You could say that the collective karma because of which the universe exists has come to an end. When all karmas are exhausted, the universe goes into a state of dissolution. The universe becomes unmanifest and interses. We call it bija of a star, the ova star, the state of being like a bija, like a seed. Ok, next question, of course, then, then, how does the universe become manifest?
