Suzanne Giesemann is a retired U.S. Navy Commander who served as aide to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. After witnessing both sites attacked on 9/11 and losing her stepdaughter Susan to a lightning strike in 2006, she experienced a profound spiritual awakening that transformed her life. Today she is a recognized psychic medium, metaphysical teacher, and author of books including "The Awakened Way" and "Making the Afterlife Connection."
In this episode with Suzanne Giesemann, we explore how her spiritual awakening unfolded through dramatic experiences and what it means to live a divinely guided life. Suzanne shares how she went from an analytical military career to connecting with higher consciousness and communicating with loved ones who have passed. She walks through her Three E's framework (Educate, Experience, Engage) for expanding awareness, her Sip of the Divine meditation practice, and the BLESS ME method for raising your vibration. This conversation also covers soul planning before birth, the happiness set point, and personal transformation through practical tools.
