When i finished college and i fell in love, i moved to india to do yoga. And that path also took me toward meditation. I found myself a good therapist in my mid twenties and worked with that therapist for more than a decade. If that is not working, then i turn to therapy or to coaching. That helps me, personally, to sort of bring it down a little bit more. The most simple ak in the world, exercise.
