How Long Does It Take to Present a Talk?

I am actually one of these weird people who feels really comfortable with it I can usually just do it once just give the talk once and then spend a couple of hours tweaking it. will probably depend on the person as well and it'll depend on how nervous you are presenting but I don't ever get worse if you practice more right what about all those kind of like tactics like hooking your stuff up to the projector or where you look into the audience or I don't know do you have any advice around?
