The Four Jobs of a Successful Pastor

Franklin: I like to keep several different things going. Partly because I think if I stayed in just one thing, I would push too hard. And what William had pointed out that just the way I'm wired, that it might be good to kind of scratch different itches and be able to kind of float between different things. On any given week, one takes more time than the other, but kind of ebb and flowing. Those things is really good for my brain and how I operate, but I really enjoy it.
