How to Strengthen Power and Power Endurance

I love this because it really does bring a level of specificity but also confidence to the training. I think rock climbers need to be on a rope or at least train in a way that elicits that aerobic energy system pretty much year round so even this summer let's say June and July when you're doing your targeted strength and power training one day a week you have to either be going to the red in the humidity and climbing on shaded. You don't worry about projecting anything hard if the conditions are terrible but to go there and do six or eight routes you know five ten to twelve a that's a great aerobic workout for you right.
