Is There a Constraint of Interest in Carbon Removal?

There's really a buzz around carbon removal right now. Billions of dollars of venture capital going into it. There are ways we could really remove carbon in the sense that the climate problem is driven by taking carbon from the geosphere. But i think the carbon removal market actually is a little over hyped.
