Rabbi Nahuan was founder of the Breslover Hasidic movement. He passed away just 38 years old in 1810, by then he had amassed an incredibly dedicated following. The pilgrimage to Uman takes place over mass graves from 1600s through World War II. It's a very intense and very special setting for Rosh Hashanah alone.
