I aged fish for 30 days, and my dry age, and I ate it raw and it was good. And it was still really, and that's really contrary to what people think is there's always this myth, like maybe misconception. If you buy your fish, get home, take it out of your original packaging, pad a dry, wrap it in paper towel, make sure it is no flesh exposed and put in the fridge. You don't even have to put it in as a plug bag.
