How Much Quality Work Is This Person Getting Done?
I've had developer teams where like one team is averaging a velocity of like 30 story points every sprint and other teams average like 60, just because they rate things higher. I think you should get them all rating at the same. It's hard to do when you have different technologies though. Cause some teams rate things really high. And so, but there's other metrics on the other side of the spectrum that are just not really into or used any individual metric. Right? So it's fair to look at like how much quality work is this person getting done? That's what you're looking for. You know, as a business. We don't want to be creepy or big brother like
