Is Metabolism Important for Weight Loss?
Metabolism really means your body is taking food that's your fuel, and it's converting it into energy. A slow metabolism means you're taking some of that energy, but a lot of it you're not taken out of the food, and you're just storing it as fat. So we want a fast metabolism to stay slim,. But but the main purpose of it is not to effect our weight. The mainpurpose of it is to get our body running. We can damage our resting metabolism by overly vigorous dieting. If you are really just trying to starve off the weight by not eating food, your resting metabolism is going to drop. Justt try to conserve whatever you've got
