waterfall is really this concept of defining requirements and then you're stuck in time. You know, agility is more like, okay, we're not going to just wing it. We're going to have some structure. And for us, that means the real wall fighter in a production doesn't mean a lab or three cell general independent gun. That means the whoever is going to use the product in real life and get that feedback from the end user.
