Getting Better at Jiu-Jitsu

I remember coming up I'd watch just tons and tons and tons of tournament footage from back in the day. As a purple or brown bat was when i first really started watching international competition footage. It's where you're positioning your shins and your feet so that's definitely important to notice as well. What are some things you wish you knew early on in your own journey that you didn't learn till way later? Oh um look yeah uh i mean if i could bit pretty much everything i know now it would have all been helpful right.
