Change that doesn't last is easy and so this mental model really should be applied anytime you're thinking about any sort of behavioral change I Am forced to ask myself all of the action items that I failed on at the beginning of this episode. Yep Why didn't I follow through with those things? If it's something that I want to continue to do if it's going to become a habit I need to automatically assume okay, it just increased from here to here like it's exponentially more work in order to get this done.
