Why No One Rebels Against Him
In game theory thers, it is optimal for any potential rebel within the congress not to make the first moveor himself. You know, they will be carnage if there is carnage, and somebody else will eventually take over if there is a change at all. And the g 23 is really interesting, because it's like they knew they had to frick and act. They acted in such a large group that you can't single any one person out really - though i think poorsn owas out of the picture by then. It didn't really work.
