Ravi Agrawal: Some companies are beginning to divest from China and look to other countries like India for supply chain resources. He says the current mood of trying to decouple or talking about decoupling with China is a good one. But he adds that in today's U.S., no ambitious person thinks it's viable to be in the dovish half of the spectrum vis-a-vis China.Agrawal: When everybody wants to be hawkish, then the hawkish half becomes ever more hawkish.
