Aquena's Charges of Molestation Were Dropped.

Garry hambright was charged with molestation, but the charges were later dropped. A second fire destroyed a building that housed some of the dacar center's records. The investigators found that both fires had been arson. They also found cinders under a building, evidence of a third attempt to burn down the centr. An army reward for information on the fires has never been offered.
