Justice Janet's Decision to Block Wisconsin's Abortion Ban and Restore Legal Abortion in the States

CNN's John Sutter says he expects Justice Janet Reno to cast the decisive vote that blocks Wisconsin's abortion ban. He also thinks she will tackle a more fundamental problem: That Wisconsin is no longer really a democracy in any sense of the term. "What some Republican justices on that very same court want to do is prevent the people from ever really exercising their rights through representative democracy," Sutter said.
