How Do You Share Executive Power in Your Organization?
Tally is a venture backed startup as a CEO and co-founder of my CTO, which is a Raph Solari. We run the company where people feel ownership and we want them to feel ownership, right? I think that there are a number of teams which build Dows. Pooled together is a great example. They started as a company and now they built this big Dow. It doesn't seem fair whatsoever. There's some ideas that you simply want to be decentralized, right? You need a large upswell of political ideas at their core.
