The Importance of Going Above and Beyond Every Day
I'm all for going above and beyond every now and again. But if that becomes your every day, then that is just a work environment. I read a really, really tragic story the other day about somebody at EY who unfortunately, you know, took their own life because of the culture. That's not okay. And to be asked if someone then to come back into the office and deal with that as well as there are severe mental health consequences to what we ask people to do at work as well. It's not actually a joke. This is people's well-being and mental health that we have to start actually start taking seriously because it's not a joke. Absolutely agree.
