Is There a Crisis in the World?

I recently saw that China introduced a new policy now saying people can have three children. It sounds like they're doing that with some degree of panic because the rate of their population growth is reaching a point that it's kind of unsustainable. They don't want to become Japan, basically. So in your mind, could you see us globally, not ever really reaching major crisis, but instead people just choose to have less and less kids? And I mean, it is a form of collapse. Like you said, in your first definition, we decrease our population by X percentage.
