The Lilo: The Seeker, the Prophet, the Mystic, the Guide
The more you reread D'lilo, the more people make connections between him and various contexts. He seems to reckon with that sense of danger of the life we're living in what we're doing to ourselves. And it's not just the way he describes it, but something like the inveterate wisdom. That's one of the things that really jumps out at me about a lot of the great writers.
