If I have a bunch of sauerkraut or kimchi beforehand, it seems to like lessen the hangover effects. If you have unpasteurized wild fermented beer, it's different. It's probiotic. Like it can actually net out to be good for your gut health and stuff. And I've noticed if I drink that, I have almost no effect the next day.
