The idea of just asking me for a list history to ask me for segmentation of the names that we were mailing that alone told me that they were a step above writers who just write for food. gene Schwartz Boardroom and Rodale Press which was the largest health publisher in the 80s and 90s selling health books used all the great writers too. Gene would write a package for us for one of our books or one of our newsletters and he wouldn't we wouldn't pay him any money We would exchange with him 750,000 names of the boardroom lists which were the best list for health book buyers  and Rodale also did the same thing They would give gene 750,000
