To pursue means to go after, to follow, yeh. To head straight for usually we use this to head straight for the top. So when somebody sees that they've got a real bright star in the company, someone who's going to be a winner from day oneah,. he's going to head right for theTop. Mark my words, in ten years time, we'll be looking back and saying, i told you so didn't i tell you, this guy is heading directly for the top? You know, there's no doubt about it, that guy is heading straight for thetop. It might take him a couple of years, but provided he gets the right coaching.
