The Different Biomarkers of a Vegan Diet

I've been a vegetarian for I was maybe 10 years. And today we eat the meat, you know, maybe once or twice a week because it's not the decision they're eight and four. We come from the goal being like, at the performance of longevity to something very basic. If you really want to live a long time, I don't think you can be trying to perform at two physically different levels. It will definitely increase my body that will take me closer to being Diabetes A1C diabetic.
