Most of the participants in these discussions, who were black, knew something of this history from a relative. And so you have this gap where it not only doesn't exist in history, but if you want to seek it out in history, you look for african american history. The holocost is a universal history. Slavery is universal history. I have a connection to it. It's not the property of some one else who am has been historically marginalized or bears the burden of this.
