Do You Have a Diverse Microbiome?

Fod maps is an acronym for groups of foods like fructose, oligosaccharides, disaccharides. Each one of those foods has different density of fod maps or prebiotics in each of them. So what's considered high, for example, a couple of whole whole meal pasta is considered high fod map. But if you cut that down to a third of a cup, actually it's considered low Fod map. It's about that load that you're putting into your garbs and low D. The ultimate goal when it comes to gut health: more diverse bacteria look after us.
